Terms of service
Last updated September 30, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and cliqr when you use the cliqr app or website. By using cliqr you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it.
Who can use cliqr
You must be at least 18 years old, and you need a Discord account in good standing. You're responsible for anything done through your account.
Consent comes first
cliqr only connects two people who have both chosen to pair. Only invite someone who wants to be paired with you, and respect them when they pause clicks or unpair. Either person can end a pair at any time, without giving a reason.
Don't use cliqr to
- Harass, threaten, pressure or frighten anyone.
- Pair with, or send invites to, anyone under 18.
- Get around a pause, an unpair or a block, including by making new accounts.
- Flood someone with clicks, or automate the app or our API.
- Break the law, or Discord's or Google Play's rules.
We can suspend or remove accounts that do these things.
cliqr+
cliqr+ is a one-time purchase through Google Play that unlocks extra sounds, colours, symbols and replies. It's tied to your Google Play account. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
Discord
cliqr isn't made by or affiliated with Discord. Signing in uses your Discord account, so Discord's own terms still apply to it.
The service
We work to keep cliqr running, but it's provided as is. Clicks depend on your phone, your connection, Discord and Google's push service, so we can't promise every click arrives or arrives on time. Don't rely on cliqr for anything important or safety related.
As far as the law allows, cliqr isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months.
Ending things
You can stop using cliqr and delete your data at any time from Settings → Delete my cliqr data. We may end or change the service; if we shut it down, we'll say so in the app first.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Keeping on using cliqr after that means you accept the new terms.
