Help with cliqr
Pausing clicks
Open Settings and turn on Pause clicks. Nothing gets through until you turn it off again.
Unpairing
Open Settings and tap Unpair. Your partner is told, and neither of you can send the other anything until you pair again with a new invite.
Clicks aren't arriving
- Check that notifications are allowed for cliqr in your phone's settings.
- Check that neither of you has paused clicks.
- Some phones stop apps in the background to save battery. Setting cliqr's battery use to unrestricted usually fixes late or missing clicks.
- Open cliqr once after reinstalling, so it can register your phone again.
Changing the notification sound
Pick a sound in Settings → Sound. Each sound also has its own notification channel in your phone's notification settings, if you want to change how loud it is or turn it off.
Deleting your data
In the app, go to Settings → Delete my cliqr data. That removes your profile, push tokens, pair and invites from our server right away and signs you out. Click history only ever lived on your phone and goes when you uninstall.

Reporting someone
If someone is using cliqr to harass you, unpair them first. Then email [email protected] with their Discord username and what happened, and we'll look into it.
